OVERVIEW
Hollywood Short Films is committed to your production needs the days of shooting. We can help with some pre- production, but generally leave the script, locations, and other details up to you. We provide the lights, camera, grip and sound for your scene, short film, commercial or music video and also maintain green screen, editing, web page, car mounts, and ENG/EFP services.
We consist of the people behind camera to ensure that your production runs smoothly - the crew. We'll work with any and of all of your people to make the magic happen on set. If you have a particular crew person in mind, let's use him or her. It's always about getting the right people for the job and Hollywood Short Films can either adapt to your crew or provide one if needed.
At the end of the day, all of the sound and video recorded using our SD and CF cards for sound and video can be transferred over to you immediately. Please provide an external PC or MAC formatted hard drive and you'll have the material you need for your editor - ready to go, no waiting for days.

GREEN SCREEN $300 / Day
We utilize Reflecmedia technologies to produce a high-quality green screen or blue screen your editor can use for digital compositing. With our setup, we are able to quickly focus on performances without having to spend extra time lighting the background, as is typical with traditional green screen scenarios.
Millions of tiny glass beads make up the fabric of the Chromatte, which is the background that appears gray in ambient light. By using a Lite Ring attached to the camera lens, a green or blue light is reflected back from the Chromatte screen to produce an excellent color key.
Lighting then becomes a focus on the talent and the mood you wish to convey. Our 7' x 7' screens are portable and can be used on any location. A chromakey base matte ensures that your talent can be fully framed from head to toe, and your post production team will be happy working with footage that is clean and easy to use for digital compositing.
